Gonna Start Taking Vitamins

You all know that I don't eat the healthiest variety of foods and get all my nutrition from my morning chocolate protein shakes.
So while hubby was at Sam's Club today he picked me up these multivitamins for women over 50.
I have a history of vitamins making me sick unless I take them on a full stomach. I found some once a long time ago at Whole Foods that were organic or something and they didn't make me sick but I couldn't afford them.
Do you take any vitamins or supplements? If so, which ones?

When I was young, mother made me take them. As an adult, I don't. Which is hypocritical, because part of George's nutrition plan, is to take basically orange -flavored vitimin supplement twice a day.

I take them, but need to take them more regularly. I need the C and the D for sure. Mine are just some generic vitamins I got at Target.

From last two months, I am taking chewable Vitamin C. My doctor has prescribed it for couple of months post my surgery. And I take Calcium and Vitamin D supplements to help me with my bone health. That's also prescribed by my doctor. I don't take any without my doctor's prescription.

I just chug vitamin waters instead, because I need extra vitamin B due to all the bread I eat (and shouldn’t be eating). JoyBurst is my favorite because it also has lion’s main which helps with my ADD. Vitamin Water Zero Sugar is what I get when JoyBurst isn’t available. I get both from Costco, and they both taste good and keep me hydrated in addition to the nutritional boost.
