Sometimes I think the genes make a big difference. I have seen some who don't have a very healthy diet, but they still have long lives.

@RasmaSandra I like the concept. endulaging on anything can turn bad, but allowing yourself that pleasure on the regular helps curb cravings and avoid over doing it.

Never listen to old people like that, they lie.

Truth is they not sure why they lived so long, but thing I think they do know is they just enjoyed life. Many people, like I have to make most money, I have to be the smartest. This dude is true when he says what did it for him is eating some damn good pie and just enjoying the world. Enjoy it, stop thinking you have to be some one.

@marguicha it does seem like a very long time but he at least accepts that and looks good because he has no choice but to keep living as long as the Lord is not calling him home.

He looks great. My Dad would have been 105 this year if he had lived a bit longer.
