To obey or not to obey?

Today's scripture reading from Doctrine and Covenants 75:16.
It reads "And he who is faithful shall overcome all things, and shall be lifted up at the last day."
On faithfulness, everyone is tried, challenged or dared to obey the rules, norms, standards, or orders without reservaion. In the world, it's subjective.
In God's it's according to one's freewill. For if he's compelled, he deserves no reward. Thus he should ponder it wisely and do so.

Not being faithful is out of question. Faith is one of the most important things in life. At the same time, it's also important to have gratitude for everyone around you.

You said it right. Faithfulness in all really matters. Faithfulness is synonymous to obedience, duty-bound.
