Loud Day Louder Night

About 2pm it started. Where we used to live you rarely heard any fireworks, and if we stood on the front porch we could see a few of the City Fireworks. Where we live now..well..let's just say that after 4pm today, it sounded like a war zone, and by 9pm, you would have thought it was a MAJOR war. I have never in my life heard so many LOUD fireworks. All around the neighborhood. The City Fireworks are less than a mile from my new house, but lots of huge Oak Trees so could barely make them out. But the neighbors had some good ones..almost as big as the City. LOL Up until Midnight they were still letting off firecrackers..not close by, but in the area.
We had Fried Eggs, Sausage, Hash Browns, and Toast for supper.

Not at all. Wish I could have actually seen the Fireworks.

@rakski Didn't want to drive down the road with so many people out. And I could see a little bit of the lights, but I went inside and watched the fireworks in Washington DC on the Tv with Air Condition. LOL

Early in the evening..even with the Tame fireworks were going off. A man was walking his Goldendoodle as he does every evening. That is the happiest dog I have ever seen. The noise didn't phase him. This community is close to 3 different Fireworks..Panama City, Millville, and Tyndall AF Base. Millville had theirs Thursday night. I would say the Fireworks do not really bother the dogs in the area. We have loud Air Force planes as the base is about 4 miles away and we are in the middle of their flight path.

My next door neighbor was the big culprit. Some of the fireworks shook the house.

@Ghostlady They go out of state sometimes to buy them. My husband was big into fireworks.

it was pretty loud around here too, they had monster fireworks
that shook the trailer, I'm glad they are over with.
