Why Has The News Been Silent About These Mass Shootings?

Oh wait, they're in "blue" states or "blue" cities (meaning Democratically run) so the media doesn't want you to know that bad things happen there. They only make the headlines if it happens in a Red State (Republican).
They've decided that a mass shooting is defined as four or more people shot in a single incident, not including the shooter.
Over the 4th of July weekend, 8 people were shot in a bar in Philadelphia. It was 4 am. The bar was closed.
In Chicago, 4 were killed and 14 wounded following a rapper's album release party
2 people were killed and 7 injured in Indianapolis, Indiana in a mass shooting.
In Brockton, Massachusetts six people were hospitalized following an early morning fight on Saturday.
Another one in Chicago this weekend when four men were injured in a drive-by shooting as they sat in a vehicle together in the Little Village neighborhood.
Fort Wayne, Indiana - Four teenagers were shot, one killed, in the West Central area of Downtown Fort Wayne.
Cleveland, Ohio - A man was killed and five others were wounded after a gunman opened fire at the Shoppes at Buckeye in Buckeye–Woodhill
These were all just this past week. There are about 10 more that I didn't list as this post is getting too long.
Did you hear about any of these in the national news?

Most of this is new news to me. It's either because it wasn't reported or I didn't pay much attention to TV or the Internet while I was camping. But what you said is 100% true. If it's not following a certain narrative that the left wants to push...
It's going to be on the back page. Not the front page.

Yay, more bad new shared with the world about the United States. I did know about these shootings because my news site covered them, but they were not discussed in depth.
Liberals love to point out bad things happening in the red states. If one hasn’t noticed the difference in coverage then one just doesn’t want to see it.

We in the UK don't hear about these sorts of events during our normal national news but to be fair the world service reports on quite a few when it talks to American correspondents
I am not sure about any of these though.as.I haven't been able to remove myself from Prime, women's soccer and the tennis
