27 young girls still missing

Omg this is awful
27 young girls are still missing from Camp Mystic summer camp.
Terrible flooding.
Let's all hope that rescuers find more survivors
But after 48 hours hopes are receding of finding any of them alive.
Authorities do not know how many other people could be missing or dead- holiday weekend , area was very busy.
Sad, and worse it's raining again quite heavily

Well I think it needs to stop raining first .
But there seemed little sign of that happening any time soon

I saw more about it on the news a few minutes ago
And it depressed and saddened me greatlly
What annoyed me is the politicians arguing whether cuts in finding to some agency could have made it worse than it might have been
People starting to grieve
And politicians trying to score points

Have you seen the videos of that water rushing in? It looks like a tsunami. The “flash flooding” we have in my part of the country isn’t like that: the water rises rapidly, but it doesn’t run downstream that fast.
