NCDOT employee finds a stray kitten in a briar bush and rescues her

NCDOT employee Ryan Barbee adopts a kitten in North Carolina.

North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) Roadside Maintenance Engineer Ryan Barbee was working on a worksite in June when he saw a female kitten in a briar bush in Cleveland County. The kitten went inside Ryan's truck for a ride when Ryan decided to adopt the kitten and she was named Opal who is now a member of the Barbee family. I applaud the actions of Ryan to rescue the kitten and adopt her so she can live with a loving family in North Carolina. Link is msn.com/en-us/pets-and...
