And now my gum is paining

I listed a few problems that I am going through and now one more is added
There is no ache but just pain and a wee bit of gum swollen around the upper grinder. The grinder is chipped off and I do not want to extract it as the root is strong.
I have gargled with warm salt water and am also taking some homoeopathy medicines
How do you handle this?

I think that this is something I would rely on what my dentist would suggest. I am not good at assessing the condition of my own teeth, as I simply do not see what really causes the pain. So I would usually ask my dentist to check it and recommend what is causing the pain.

Warm salt wafer is the way I would go.
It always has been.
It seems to work.
