On Days 3 and 4 of my Singapore trip, things slowed down a bit — in a good way. After visiting the big tourist spots earlier, I took time to simply enjoy the streets of Singapore. There’s something so relaxing about walking around a city that’s clean, quiet, and so well-organized. Every corner feels safe and walkable. It’s the kind of place where you don’t really need a detailed plan — just exploring on foot is already enjoyable.
Another highlight was spending time with my cousin and his family, who are now permanent residents in Singapore. It was a simple visit, but full of warmth and stories. We hadn’t seen each other in a long while, but it didn’t feel that way at all. I really appreciated their hospitality — one night of heartfelt conversation made the whole trip feel more personal.
On my last full day, I visited Sentosa Island, which gave me a completely different vibe. The laid-back beach feel, the open sky, the sea breeze — it was the perfect way to wind down. And yes, I got to stand at the Southernmost Tip of Continental Asia! There’s even a marker for it. It may sound simple, but standing there made me reflect a bit — how far I’ve come, and how far I’ve yet to go.
Each day in Singapore brought something different — from city sights to quiet personal moments. It was a nice mix of adventure and connection.
