Hair wash day ….get the bin liner out !

Since I can’t wash my own hair at the moment my Mom is having to do it for me…..she has not washed my hair in nearly 50 years. It is very long and very thick ( and beautifully blonde too ). To help keep me and my clothes dry I have to put a bin liner over my head ….hole cut in it of course …. Well, this…..almost ….worked. I was wearing shorts and they needed changing and had a dry on the washing line in the garden….but I feel so much better now that my hair is clean again.

Sometimes Pretty has to help me comb out my hair after I shower. I comb it before the shower to remove loose hair but if I've tangled it while washing it, sometimes I can't get tangles out by myself. (My hair is down to the middle of my back and very thick... Mine is dark red, though... My natural color.)

@Traceyjayne It can... my hair is really curly... And it has a streak of white right in the middle... Pretty keeps saying it's a skunk stripe. Sometimes she's really annoying!

@Ineeddentures I have tried uploading photos in the past ….never successfully I’m afraid. Maybe when I’m back to my normal self …..what am I saying ! ….i may try again. Photos with my arm in a sling are not good for street cred.
