Yes It's Dinner time Or it was. And Dinner has been served And Dinner has been eaten Yvonne had Chicken Curry, egg Fried Rice and 3 Spring Rolls Jimlos had Sweet and Sour Chicken, egg Fried Rice and 3 Spring Rollls It was quite good if I say so myself I cooked it. I served it I did the washing up And cleaned the cooker I made is both a nice cup of tea also. So that was dinner. Le Fin - the end

@Ineeddentures I made a pork tenderloin. 5 pounds worth. It will be breakfast, lunch and dinner over the next couple of days. It will make a stir-fry, omelets, pulled pork bbq sandwiches and have some as a late night snack. I think you have the correct way to describe leftovers.

@Vikingswest1 Yours sounds like a veritable feast. I could eat that in the ways you describe and more quite happily for 2 or 3.days Late night snacks indeed So that's about a 2kg bit you used. I might try it Did you slow cook it?

When I cook say a Chicken Biryani I cook enough for 2 nights for us both I don't refer to it as left overs If I only cooked for one night But had some left And used it the next night That would be leftovers Is that a fair summary. What leftovers did you have?

Cooked some chicken Made.2.quick sauces one with a powder Cooked a little rice, added egg Had spring rolls in freezer from before Air fryer Whole lot took about 15 minutes

Thanks for your kind words. I didn't like that I had to prepare 2 sauces though Hot dogs are always good. We don't buy them that often
