Sometimes, I wonder what is a good snack. Well, I have a suggestion. Last Sunday, I went to the club and was not in the mood for a heavy meal, so I told the barman to bring me a plate of fish tikka along with a glass of Kingfisher beer. Fish tikka is a dish from North Western India. It consists of boneless fish roasted in an Indian oven called a tandoor. Before roasting, the fish is marinated with spices and curd and allowed to simmer in the oven for at least 10 to 15 minutes. The product is an excellent dish or snack; it can be converted into a fish tikka curry. Along with this, a glass of beer is an excellent antidote to the heat, but my friends don't overdo the beer part

Sounds good. I enjoy most Indian foods. We have many good Indian restaurants here in California.
