During our Kashmir holiday we had the good fortune of looking at a walnut tree. Walnuts grew freely there and not wher I live. We also saw green walnuts being put to dry in the sun We bought walnuts with shells very cheap as well. Although walnuts are supposed to be good for health I do not much like them. I do not like almonds either My favourite nut is peanut. I eat them in different forms - peanut butter, peanut chikki, boiled beanuts, roasted peanuts and I even put penuts in some of the vegetables that I cook. What is your favourite nut? Image credit:

I am shocked that you don't like dry fruits which are much healthier than peanuts. The leafs of that tree is like of neem tree. My favourite nut is both almonds and walnuts.

Most nuts seem to stick in my throat nowadays. I do like pistachios though.
