This is one of our traditional snacks that can be eaten any time.
I have had them for breakfast sometimes. We make a rice batter for pancakes and stuff them with coconut mixed with jaggery, raisins and cardamom powder.
I have a memory of my mother getting them ready when we returned from school as a tea snack. We simply loved them.
What do you stuff you pancakes with?

Is it maple syrup that you put? Your panncakes must be thick but ours are very thin
