Aren't We Slaves of Elements?

After a week of almost continuous rain we had a sunny day today, at least for some hours. The clouds which were hovering over our region have moved west. The clear weather allowed us to dry our clothes and do some gardening work.
However, the building work in my house has halted . Hope the clear weather continues permitting me to take little steps in the positive direction .
The realisation stands before me often how we are slaves of many elements and every day presents a struggle in our life.

Certainly the weather affects us if we're trying to build a house. I hope the workers are able to move on with it soon.

We are indeed slaves to the weather ,,,,we don’t know what it’s going to do and we can’t change it …..we have to deal with whatever happens and whatever it gives us.
