I'm making myself either a mid-afternoon snack or a really early dinner. I'm not sure. Because I don't generally eat dinner, I guess I'm going to go with snack.
Hubby bought several pounds of already-cooked Beef Brisket from Sam's Club. It's already cut/torn into strips. You just take out how ever many strips you want and heat it up in the microwave. I guess you could eat it cold if you like cold meat.
It's very well seasoned and really tasty.
What are you having for dinner?

I've never tried their brisket but the fully cooked ribs and pulled pork are pretty good.
I will have to try the brisket next time. I like the idea of pulling out what you need and saving the rest. Is it frozen or thawed?
Can it be frozen?

That sounds really good. I didn't know they sold cooked brisket. I had a chicken/Muenster sandwich, chips and an ice cream bar.
