What's for dinner? July 14

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell!
I was up stupid early this morning so I mixed up a batch of Kenji Lopez-Alt's no-knead dough for his Foolproof Pan Pizza. As a kid/teen I loved Pizza Hut's deep dish pan pizzas. Over time I gave up on them because they just weren't as good as they had initially been. . . or maybe my palate improved. 
Still I was interested when I came upon this recipe and I have to say that it is very good. It isn't fast, you need a 10 inch cast iron skillet (which I had to buy back in the day), but it isn't difficult at all.
Sooooooo that is what I am making for dinner tonight. I'm cheating and using canned pizza sauce because I have it on hand and I'm tired. I'll top it with shredded mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and finish it with fresh basil leaves when it comes out of the oven.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

In this Florida heat I eat when I can so today the main meal was fried potatoes, bcon, and eggs.

I saw something which looked quite tasty earlier on which I would eat happily and with real enthusiasm
