Good Afternoon!! It Feels Like a Saturday Here...

Do you ever wake up and realize that it doesn't feel like the day of the week that it actually is? That is how today seems to me.
I managed to do my post office run, but got there before they got back from lunch. I had almost 15 minutes, so decided to run to the grocery store real fast. I had planned on going by there after the post office stop, so I killed it first. I picked up a couple packages of Ground Chuck while it was still on sale, checked out and went back to the Post Office.
That only took a few minutes to fill out a Certified Mail with a Return Receipt and I was headed back home.
I came home and started dinner. The husband is working outside and doesn't want to come in with the A/C on and then go back out. I'm fixing to bring him something to snack on and more water.

Yes! This coming week is going to be crazy. I have two dr. appointments on two different days, granddaughter's birthday on Thursday, and Friday helping get our oldest moved out of the apartment and into their home 100%--which is a 3 hour drive from her apartment. It takes us 2.5 hours to get to her apartment. That is going to be a rough day!! Her husband wants it all done in 1 day too. So weekend will be for recovery!

@Deepizzaguy We are coming up on August and September and those months are usually more active for tropical storms and hurricanes. Hope we don't have any more this season!

I am often losing my days as I’m off work at the moment. ….goodness knows what I will be like when I do eventually retire …not that that will happen any time soon.

Sometimes if I conk out for an hour or two I get very confused when I wake up. Is it morning? Is it evening?
