Is there a perfect business? Of course, there is, and that's your business. How could your business thrive if it's not perfect? And who makes it perfect, YOU. The perfection of your business is within your hands, and how you manage and love it. No love for business means no care for what it becomes, but if there is, you'll aggressively embrace challenges and never allow your business to go down but up. In short, your business is perfect when it gives you more sales, more customers, and more satisfactory products, which you're always proud of. Remember, there's no guaranteed business, so while it's hot now and at the height of perfection, Save.

I do not think there can ever be a perfect business, in what is mostly an imperfect world, with imperfect suppliers, and imperfect customers too. We can strive to try to achieve a measure of perfection, but at the end of the day, if we have done our best, that should be enough, as we can never force everything to go in our own way, at all times.

@innertalks you also have your significant reasons that there could never be a perfect business, which I also agree with and believe. It's only us who can make our business feel like a success according to its growth.

@cacay1 Yes, growth is one measure, but l was just happy in my business, and content not to grow it, but just to sustain it. It was a dream business for me, as l loved books, and l bought a secondhand bookshop. I was hoping to stay there for a long time, but the world changed around me, and computers replaced books essentially, and so l had to close as did most others here too. It felt like a perfect job for me, but in the long run, it could not last.

I like your mindset but personally, I don't think there is a perfect business. There will always be challenges. There will always be things that are beyond our control. Overcoming these challenges will make us successful.

I appreciate your idea but for me there's no perfect business only a successful one. Perfection in business beyond achieving. Sales may increase and fall. Sales is fluctuating so as with customers" satisfaction.
