Dinner Tonight! What's On Your Table?

I did a quick homemade hamburger helper tonight. I browned up some ground chuck, boiled some egg noodles, and stirred in about half a jar of Queso Dip that gave it a mild little spicy tweak.
It turned out very good and there was only a little bit left. My husband was going to get thirds, but I told him that I had just put it up and he would have to get it out of the refrigerator. That sounded like too much trouble for him, so he passed. 
If you are looking for a quick dinner that everyone in the family will enjoy, this one ranks high. And much better than the boxed variety you buy in the grocery store.

I had my usual. Chicken/Muenster sandwich, tortilla chips.

Ours is a fried lamayo fish which is slit -lengthwide, half-way dried under the sun and seasoned with calamari juice or vinegar.
It's called a lizard fish but locally we call it carajo.

That looks yummy, yesterday I had eggs stashed in onion with some green chilli and salt in it, which we call is khagina, easy to make and tasty too
