We wait for something or the other in our life. Our wait can take any amount of time leading to frustration. The question is how long can one wait? And that is where a decision to wait no more comes to mind which I call cut off time It is not easy to decide when to stop waiting and stop one must to gain sanity. I have arrived when it comes to when to cut off be it meeting challenges, expecting an answer from someone, even success in my garden. What is your story?

I try to take one day at a time, but I stopped waiting and waiting. I cut it short now.

@allknowing - People can be rude and I do not want to cope with rude people.

For me the cut off thing works. I am waiting for the transfer of Solitaire to a Trust and they are dilly dallying I did show anxiety calling them up every day I no longer do it and am busy with my life The day they transfer that will be the day I will get back to them For me a cut off day gives peace
