Sunday ….roast chicken day ….and trifle

So , it is Sunday again…we go to my Moms for Sunday lunch ….she is a fantastic cook. Today we had roast chicken, roast potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli moray, stuffing and gravy. For pudding we had home made trifle.
Absolutely delicious.

That's sounds a wonderful lunch and very typical of the Sunday lunches from when I was a girl.
