U S C G rescues an 11 year old girl who fell into the sea in California

Officials with the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Humboldt Bay in Trinidad California answered an emergency call when a 11 year old girl fell into the sea near Big Lagoon County park.
The USCG sent a helicopter to the area where the girl was when a USCG rescue swimmer jumped 15 feet from a helicopter into the swell and with the assistance of a lifeguard who was in eight feet of waves in the sea was able to rescue her and take her into a rescue basket.
The girl was them taken to the parking lot when medical personnel took care of the girl via a boat to safety.
I know the question will be where the parents of the 11 year old girl when she fell into the sea.

Here again the cause why the girl fell into the sea is unknown. It should be investigated abd be held responsible the culprit.

I wonder where the parents were when she fell into the sea?
On the boat she was on? Was she on a boat?

Good question where the parents were at the time of the accident. The young girl was taken by a boat to safety at the shore.
