When You Misplaced Things

I sometimes misplaced things and it felt awful. One time, I felt bad when I thought I already lost my iPhone charging cable. After a few days, I found it lying on the floor, a little bit hidden because of the door. Yesterday, I thought I accidentally threw my floss or that my boyfriend may have taken it without my knowledge because it was not anymore in my pouch. I looked every nook and cranny of my room especially places where I could have possibly left them but to no avail.
Well, this morning when I was about to have my cup of coffee upon pulling out my document folder for my flight tomorrow, it just came out and fell out of the blue. Hahaha. It is a small thing but I felt relieved. Good thing I didn't ask my boyfriend whether he took it or not.

It happens to me all the time. I easily forget where I place my things.

@cherigucchi We also joked that if my head is detactable, then I would lose my head with ease.

Normally, no, I don't have that type of problem... I'm one of the "weird" people... I like making a single place for everything and I want everything to be in its proper place. I don't set things down randomly. I put them where I've decided they belong in our house. If Pretty moves something, I want and expect her to put whatever it is back exactly where she got it from, every time she uses it... If something isn't in its proper place, I get growly and tell her to get it and put it where it belongs... She used to tell me she wasn't the one that moved things until I started pointing out that if I pick something up, I always put it back in the same place every time.
I will admit, when we moved into this house, things didn't have a place here yet, so even I put things down where I thought I'd remember them and still misplaced some things. (We moved into this house almost 8 years ago and the things that weren't important at the time are still being found now... If we couldn't find something after we moved, I just bought the thing again and put it where I'd remember it. We were moving things out of my bedroom closet for the construction guys a couple of weeks ago and checking the boxes we had to move out of my closet when we found an expensive phone battery we thought long gone.... That phone recharger is now in it's proper place on my headboard.)2 people like this

I can't find my color brown notebook where I wrote my answers to my assignment about Creating a Business Idea in Vocational Certificate Course in Business Management Online. I hope that I will find my notebook in the future.
