Happy Monday Everyone! didn't set my alarm and woke up a little bit later than I usually do. The sun is shining and the temperatures have finally dropped a bit. Looks like we might actually have a few days of nice weather with no rain or storms. As you know, my daughter is on vacation so it's just me and the pup. I'm doing okay but the pup is having a hard time settling down at night to go to sleep. She really misses her mama. I found a good series on Netflix to watch (The Night Agent) and binge watched the whole first season between Saturday and Sunday. I'll probably start season two today. Spent the afternoon at my older daughters house yesterday, stayed for dinner, watched Big Brother with her and my granddaugther and then came home. It was nice to get out, have some good conversation and of course not having to think about what to make for dinner was the best. My son in law made a delicious london broil on the grill, we also had roasted corn on the cob and potato salad. The weather was nice enough for us to even eat outside which is something I haven't done in ages. Today life is back to normal. The downside was I had to make my own coffee Since my daughter always gets up before me, the coffee is ready when I come downstairs. It seemed like forever waiting for that pot to brew But, here I am, enjoying that mug of magic beans and deciding what I want to do today. I already crossed some things off my list Heck, I might as well be on vacation too What's happening in your little corner of the myLot world today?
