I am very happy with Lenscrafters

I might actually write a positive review. I had a broken Templar arm in my glasses, and didn't know where in ended up. I didn't buy the glasses there, but figured they were the best bet for getting the glasses fixed I went in fully expecting to pay for the service, but the very nice optician was able to fix them promptly for free. That is what I call customer service!

My husband also had his eyeglasses fixed at no fee. He also had an arm broken in his glasses.

Very good! Did he buy them there though originally? I did not buy my glasses at Lenscrafters.

@snowy22315 No, it was an old pair of eyeglasses that he had bought in Monte Carlo.

Well that was awfully nice of them, now you know that you can trust their expertise and get your next prescription filled there.

We will see. I don't think I need glasses right away, but maybe they could put some kind of protection on these lenses. They have a tendency to smear which drives me crazy. I would pay for that

@Juliaacv Yeah, might as well strike while the iron is hot!

@snowy22315 At the rate you're going, it might be free, wouldn't that be nice? I plan on getting new frames and lenses next spring. I am trying to pace myself so that I can continue to use my benefits from work to pay for such things as I won't have those benefits after retirement.

Best customer service to describe it. It's good your broken temp is fixed for free. We don't have an eyeglasses repair here in our place. So I buy another one since it's a reading glass.

When I wore glasses and needed them fixed I’d go there and they’d do it for free. It was always so appreciated since I also bought them somewhere else.
