We got an air fryer last night and I immiedately opened it up and used it to make dinner.
Nothing fancy last night. The plan had been to make homemade alfredo, but it just didn't work out the way I had wanted/expected it to. So instead I used the air fryer and made chicken strips, tater tots and fish filets.
Nothing wrong with chicken and taters. LOL.
So that's what was for dinner last night. What did you chow on?

An air fryer. Otherwise known as an appliance I will never own. lol. But hey, I won't knock it. Some people don't want to use an earlier invention called an oven. It is what it is. And let's face it, sometimes running the oven on a hot day just makes things hotter.
Still...
I think I already told you what I had on your lunch post from the 21st, which obviously I got confused with. lol

@porwest Our oven doesn't lol. I fry in oil when its homemade, but this will come in handy for premade stuff.

@thislittlepennyearns I am rich, and therefore, I own a very sophisticated, state of the art oven. It even vacuums the living room. lol

@thislittlepennyearns I fry in oil. My oven also has a built in air fryer. But I get it. Hey, I'm not in your shoes.
