So another exciting video from the host, whose travel shows I like a lot. This time in this Episode, we see the place called as Hoi An in Central Vietnam. We see a lot of Lanterns for sale, exciting boat rides. A lot of heritage places, historical market and a lively place with a mix of Chinese, French, local as well as some ancient Indian influence. Some good food, including Indian as well. I particularly enjoyed the evening time boat ride. Overall an enjoyable as well as informative video. Video Link :

Vince has always wanted to go to Vietnam but I don't think it will ever happen now. Thanks for the link.

@garymarsh6 Oh that would have been a great visit. I too would like to visit Vietnam. In some ways, it is not very different in cultural terms than India but perhaps more clean and less chaotic.

Vietnam was on our list to visit this year. But could not happen due to my surgery. Some times we feel that it is still not in our fate. We had everything planned once in 2020, but then pandemic happened. It's a beautiful place and I hope that I visit it some day

@arunima25 May be you can plan it later this year. The host says that January to March is the best time to visit Vietnam. One favorable thing for India is that 1 Indian Rupees seems to be equal to 300 in Vietnamese currency. But many things seem to be priced 100K or above in Vietnam. Still a good option to go.

@Jenaisle I suppose Vietnam might be 2-3 hours flight from your place and may be you have a Visa Free entry there?
