Laundry In The Rain.

Since it has been raining for a week now and my laundry basket is way too full, I am doing the laundry now. Of course, I will use the dryer. It turned out to be very useful for me, especially in this kind of season.
I was thinking of going to the laundry shop to have it done, but decided on the first one instead. I do not want to go out in this kind of weather.
But my SIL, I just found out, has their clothes laundered at the laundromat shop outside the village. To think she has a new set of washer and dryer.

Some people don't like to do their laundry... It can be a pain in the tush but I like knowing I don't have to take my laundry somewhere else to get it done.
I washed a load of my clothes this morning and dried them. They're still in the dryer. I need to bring them to my room and fold them and put them away.
Tomorrow...

@rakski We got our washing machine fixed so we're good now.
You folded half my clothes? I wondered who did that... Thank you!

@rakski I was not able to do mine yesterday because I had to accompany my mother. I hope I can do it later on.

@rakski Yes, our only concern is that they return it incomplete. There have been times in the past when they gave us clothing that was not ours and we lacked something in our clothes. It showed that our clothes had been mixed with those of other clients. And once, they completely lost a piece of clothing. These are rare occurrences, but they do happen on occasion.

Yes, driers come handy in this kind of weather. Well, I don't have dryer. My washing machine has a mode of complete dry that takes a longer time and is very much power consuming. I use it in this kind of weather only. The cloth is 99 percent dry when it comes out.
Maybe your SIL is not fond of doing laundry or just too busy.

@rakski Dryer would be a blessing in this kind of weather. Having damp clothes for days is not fun
