I made my own Ploughman’s Lunch today…..

So, a few weeks ago The Mister and I gad a day out and as it was a very hot day when it came to food we didn’t really want a cooked meal. We both opted for a Ploughman’s lunch. When they came they were huge and one would easily have fed us both. We did take some home for supper. We both really enjoyed it though and since then I have been kind of craving another. We went shopping this morning and a bought a few things to make my own. I have just had it for lunch …it was so good. This is what I had on my Ploughman’s lunch today …. Crusty baguette Cheshire cheese Turkey Gammon Crunchy coleslaw Grapes Home grown cherry tomatoes Pringles Is this the sort of meal you would have ….what changes would you make ?
