Hey! It's Thursday so that means something that starts with a T for dinner, right? Haha, not always. But today it did. I figured since everyone always talks about Taco Tuesday, we can have Taco bake Thursdays right? Actually, I don't really care what you think. That's what we had. I've talked about Taco bake a hundred times in the past. Simple recipe, family recipe. Kids love it. Has protein, cheese, beans, crescent rolls and more cheese on top after its baked if you want. The kids and I eat it with sour cream. But to each their own. So that's what was for dinner tonight. What went on the table at your place?

I had a big piece of broccoli with yogurt ranch dressing to dip it in. I mean big.

You're gonna have to show me this giant freak of nature broccoli that you have. I didn't eat any Taco bake because I made chicken strips and tots at like 330. So I wasn't hungry. But I probably will make a salad and toss some avocado on it. I bought avocados the other day.

I have to say. This looks RIGHT UP MY ALLEY, and yes...I'm shouting that. lol. No, really. I have never thought about doing it this way, but that looks like an AWESOME idea, and yes, I'm shouting again. I'd likely do mine just slightly different, but you just made a dinner plan for me. I just have to decide when I am going to make it. As for our dinner, we went to a place called Motorheads and got fried haddock with tater tots and coleslaw on the side. Yummy stuff, and yes...good eats.

I've talked about this dish exactly, made this exact way probably 100 times in the last year. The kids love this. I wanna make it with chicken one night.
