Dinner Time!

Or rather time to put dinner on! I was thinking about spaghetti tonight, but the hubby vetoed that because he was up last night with acid reflux. So the menu has changed to hamburgers since that is what kind of meat I thawed out. I thought about meat loaf, but that requires the use of the oven and that is a no go! It's been a quiet afternoon except for the thunder which started around 12:30 pm today. I made a quick trip to town to the pharmacy to pick up hubby's refills and my new prescriptions from my doctor visit on Tuesday. I did not beat the rain home and got caught in a downpour as I was driving up to the pharmacy. It didn't last long and I made it inside without getting totally drenched. I came back home and took a rest by laying in bed and reading. The rain had cleared out, the thunder continued in the distance and we got some more rain around 6 pm tonight. Another heavy rain.
