Today, despite the bad weather, I still went to my scheduled transaction to claim my documents. After, 13 years of installment payment, I managed to pay my condominium unit in full. 25th of July marked the time I got hold of my Condominium Certificate of Title. It feels surreal. It feels rewarding. I am only left with one more thing to do. That is to go to the City Hall at the Registry of Deeds to finalize the release of mortgage. Phew! Thank you, Lord for this.
