Pray. then start moving and planning according to what you have learned and what instruction I have received while reading the bible, without it, I am in a total messed.

I'm not sure about focused (I'm terrible at that!) but when I feel a bit overwhelmed by life I always find that a walk up a hill to a place where I can see the world all spread out around, helps me get my troubles into perspective.
