Good day!
I really thought the last repair was sufficient. But the floor cracks again as days go by. It seems some vehicles tend to park there at night or sometimes in the afternoon.
Since it was sunny today we took the chance to have it renovated, this time Iron rods on it. Now I'm certain it won't crack. Sadly, the other half wasn't renovated because it didn't crack but it doesn't have rods in it. Only half of the supposed hole was renovated.
It was done by the same guy before. He was very efficient.

I hope this will do it. It is expensive to be doing renovations over and over.

She was deeply concerned with the passers by falling into the pipe line if it ever breaks and creates a hole again.,

@Letranknight2015 Oh yes, someone might have an accident if you didn't fix it...

Good day! Sounds like a smart move reinforcing it with iron rods this time—especially if vehicles keep parking there. Even if only half was redone, at least that part is now stronger and less likely to give in again. Glad the same efficient guy handled it too—trust really matters in repairs like this!

Hello @rsa101 They shouldn't park there since it's the drainage water pipe under over there. Specially the tenants delivery truck that was really heavy. Well, he needed the money but he was also efficient.

@Letranknight2015 Perhaps it would be effective to design the area in a way that discourages parking, such as elevating it to create an uneven surface. This could make drivers hesitate to park there, as the uneven terrain would likely be unappealing and impractical for vehicles.
