The turmeric is doing well

Every single rhizone even the tiniest took root and I see leaves all over. It withstood heavy rain and that is a plus point. I will manure it a bit with wood ash and that will make it healthier. I may not dig out turmeric this year as if we keep it for another year we will get a better yield I have turmeric powder from my last year's yield. Looking at what is doing well in my garden makes my day

I had pulled out just a single plant from my mother's garden years ago and that one plant produced loads of rhizomes which were planted producing around 20 kilos turmeric.
