Police officers in Massachusetts catch a hog that was on a road with crackers

Orleans Massachusetts police officers answered an emergency call on Thursday June 26 when a hog named Poo-ah had gotten away from its pen and decided to run loose on the streets of Orleans.
Orleans Police Officer Sergeant Cronin used crackers as bait to attract the hog to return home safe and sound without harm to humans and animals.
I like the actions of Officer Cronin to use food as bait to end the chase with the hog and return the animal to its owner.

A large hog is hard to catch, and it was clever to use a bait to lure it back home again, and let's hope it does not escape again. It looks as if the pen must be made stronger to stop the hog from breaking out again.
