I worked a little harder than I guess I should have I put some time working with the tiller today. FUN & helped hubby with the awning that goes over the pond, we got it all done so they'll have cover to keep it cool for the hottest time of the season. We paid bills yesterday got them out of the way bought a few groceries & I think I over done it cause I have been having what I think is a Charlie horse in my feet, it that even possible?? I hate to have to call the Dr's & which 1 do I call? my main dr? my sugar dr or my foot dr?? not only that but when I sit they just hurt like O M G hurt. I literly have to go lay down to get them to stop cause they won't stop till I do & that sucks when I'm trying to work online for a few hrs, it really sucks, but this is been going on for a few mons. I have been doubling up on my no sugar liquids & water as of last month cause of the heat & all I don't that has anything to do with it but who knows? I'll call 1 of the 3 dr's to see what they say on what they suggest, but more than likely they say "come in" but if that's the case then I'll go in & see what they say. But has any 1 experienced it? what cause's it & what did the dr's do or tell you to do for it?? any help is welcomed.

It's o.k we all end up with 1 problem or another in our life time I remember them saying something about if I have any feet problems to let them know about it, so that's what I'll do.

In my case, if we have an issue, we will call one of the specialist clinic in the hospital to raise our problem. Because we do have a record there, the specialist in charge of our case will direct us to the correct specialist to raise our problem. This save time and money. So as we get referred to the correct specialist, they will review our case to decide if they want to bring our appointment time to earlier or we should make adjustment to our medications.

@2ndchances24 It is a pain when we do not have a central coordinator to do all these. I understand the pain.

@id_peace I don't know what is causing it but I will say this I sure hate what they feel like when I get in my chair for the day & they start up, I can only take so much till I can't & go lay down for a few hours & get up.

I will get a hold of 1 of the 3 dr's & see which 1's can see me & go from there but with as many dr's as I have it's confusing on which 1 to call for something like this.

Do you have a banana or any pickle juice? I know bananas aren’t good for sugar, but they help bad muscle cramps, as does straight pickle juice. Athletes drink it all the time on the sideline during games.

Usually it's a lack of potassium that causes cramps. Sometimes it's dehydration. Eat a banana. lol

@2ndchances24 Just because you eat one every day doesn't mean you are getting enough. Maybe increase your intake to two. Other things that are rich in potassium are potatoes, spinach, vegetable juice, carrots, orange juice, and stuff. They say the older we get the more of it we need. Whenever I hear cramps, 90% of the time it's a potassium deficiency. I'm not a doctor, though.

When I get a cramp I look for water and a bit of salt.
