I don't really know if I am already capable of acquiring my third property which is a small house and lot somewhere in the suburb. But today I am meeting a real estate agent to see my best options and if I am capable of acquiring a good property which I can afford. I want a property where I can live peacefully away from all the stresses in the world. Wish me good luck, guys. What are you up to these days?

Is this your third property to buy? Or a third property to complement two others? And if it's the latter, are you renting out the others or planning to? I am, from my business acumen side, assuming the latter is NOT the case considering if you WERE renting out (or planning to) the other two properties, the cash flow from the first two would likely pay for the third. Anyway, inquiring minds want to know. lol When I was in real estate, I essentially lived for free.

I don't think you will be able to acquire a property for just renting. Right now, I don't pay my rent anymore because I already have spaces to live which I call my own legally.

@Neil43 Real estate is pretty easy to understand. They generate equity and cash flow, and if you own enough property, essentially the one you live in is paid for by the ones you don't. Ideally a property should return 1% of value in rent at an 8% ROI. I guess what I was asking was, did you sell the other two properties or are you renting them out? When you said you were considering acquiring your third property, it suggests you still own two.
