Roast pork today for Sunday Lunch ….pass the apple sauce….

So, on a Sunday we go to my Moms for lunch. She is a brilliant cook and we know that we are very lucky. I didn’t know what we were having today so it was a complete surprise. Today we had roast pork, roast potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, sage and onion stuffing, gravy. Of course as it was pork we had apple sauce too. For pudding Mom had made a strawberry cheesecake….it was delicious. I’m also lucky as she has put a dinner up for me for tomorrow too. Yay. ….and there is cheesecake too.
