An amusement park called "Siren's Curse" which is located at the Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky Ohio experience a brief pause on Saturday June 28 when the riders were stuck in a vertical position in their seats for a period of ten minutes. Thank goodness the officials at the amusement park were able to restart the ride after repairing the safety system. No passengers were hurt after the ride did finish and the passengers were able to walk away unharmed. The ride was closed for nearly 30 minutes before it was okay for passengers to ride again, Due to health reasons my days of riding high risk rides in amusement park is over. @rakski I know what you mean since when I was younger taking rides in amusement parks was fun when I was in good health.

Just seeing some of the accidents in amusement park rides in movies scares me.

That would really have scared me. I have seen films where these rides go wrong and people are thrown off and killed.

I would have been scared myself since riding in some rides seeing the views from high places is scary.

What an event. I was just reading where not many of these places are left. I can see why with such repairs needing to be done or thus type of thing happens.

I would never go on a ride like that. It's too scary; and accidents happen.

Neither was since the last ride I took at an amusement park in New Orleans called The Zepher is too scary for me after the first drop with a huge height.

I would not have cared if they said they fixed it; I still would have stayed off of it.

I do not blame you at all since I am scared of rides due to the fear of getting tossed like a doll in the air when a ride gets damaged.
