We checked the forecast for the week, and apparently the weather has decided to cosplay as “Seattle.” It’s rain today, rain tomorrow, and a sprinkle of “maybe I’ll let you mow the lawn before I ruin your life again” on Thursday. We were supposed to help move a vehicle for the same friend we helped move houses, but the idea of standing in the rain pushing a car sounds like the opening scene of a true-crime documentary. So, I might just embrace my fate and spend tomorrow with my glamorous life of… laundry. Right now, we’re watching a “Try Guys Eat the Menu” video on YouTube, which is the closest thing to travel we’ve had lately—except instead of tasting food, I’m just silently judging their life choices while playing phone games. On the bright side, I finally got my replacement debit card! I immediately transferred money from PayPal onto it, which instantly reminded me that I should probably do something productive to earn more PayPal money. Apparently, scrolling TikTok doesn’t pay—who knew? So tonight’s excitement is just me, the rain, and my ongoing quest to inflate my PayPal balance like it’s my personal savings account for buying things I definitely don’t need. Hope everyone’s night is at least 12% more exciting than mine!
