Statue that attracts visitors

Looking at the image you will know what exactly it is all about . This is a statue that attracts visitors to Brussels, Belgium - a never ending spring I did not even know about it until it was brought to my notice. We were there just for a few hours. The statue has been stolen 7 times but always found and put back at its original place.

It's a nice statue. Pi's should maybe read piss lol The original statue was made in about 1619 I wouldn't have it in my garden as a water feature though, someone would steal it
