Some strange development in life

Life is really strange for me right now.
The organisation I interviewed for like me and wanted me to be with the firm but the bad news is that they do not have an additional headcount due to their decision to expand the team on the last minute.
It will only be in Oct they will confirm if there will be additional head count. They had the salary package and everything ready for me, they will sign me up the moment they have the headcount. The good news is that in the event they have the headcount, it is a 25% increment and a raise of position for me. I guess it worth the wait.
I will be going off work for a few days as my father will be having his surgery and we will need to take care of my mum. From the look of it, he will be staying in the hospital for a couple of days.
At the same time, I will be meeting my wealth manager. For some reasons, my bank decided to assign one to me. I do not know what to expect so I would see and think what to do when I meet with the banker.
Work continue to be stressful but this week we are celebrating national day. It should be fun.

There seems to be an interesting holiday there. However, it appears that you are currently involved in a variety of activities. Right now, it appears that caring for your parents is your top priority. The next step is to look for work. Overall, I wish your father a successful operation and a speedy recovery.

@id_peace Oh, that's true; as we grow older, we take on more responsibilities and duties toward our family, community, country, and even the world. But don't let it overwhelm you, because I believe life only gives us what we are capable of handling.

I hope everything turns out well for your new job. It’s good that they wanted you and kept the job for you til they had space.
Fingers crossed everything will be well with your father, it’s good that you get to spend time with your Mom also.
