I Could Be Sitting on a Virtual Gold Mine

I'm technically locked out of my Coinbase account since I changed phones a while back, and it needs to send me an SMS text message code to login, so at some point I will have to call them to regain access to my account. I never got deep into cryptocurrency, but I did own a few coins like Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Shiba Inu, Doge and others. I remember having a fair amount of Bitcoin Cash from the days of noise.cash and read.cash, but I can't remember how many coins I had, and the ones I bought mostly, at the time, if I bought any, were the Bitcoin Cash ones. Out of curiosity, I checked on the value of Bitcoin Cash, and now those coins are worth nearly $600 each. Bitcoin itself is worth nearly $118,000, but I never held a single coin, just a couple million satoshis, which are units of coins. One Bitcoin is 100 million satoshis. For all I know, and I haven't accessed my account in more than two years, I could be sitting on a virtual gold mine.

I still have $16 in there; but it's in US dollars.

@porwest No. I really want to get that money out; but I need to call their customer service dept.

Ohhh we shouldn't keep crypto on hot/online wallets for a long time.

For me, I really have no interest in the crypto. If it is ever worth anything, I will just convert it to real money.
