The Insult

Spitting in the face of Zelensky would not be as insulting. Putin, advertising that he owns Trump, calls for a private meeting. Trump instantly agrees. Putin proves his control. Leaving out Ukraine in a discussion of the war between Russia and Ukraine is incredible. But Vladimir Putin always gets what he wants when Trump is there. Zelensky can't complain to Trump but can and did turn to Europe where the leaders are immune to Putin. Soon enough Europe will no longer need America. Without Zelensky Putin will get his deal. Trump will tell Ukraine what to do. When Ukraine rejects the deal he had no part in Trump will bark and growl like a pit bull. Putin will smirk. Europe will move into centre stage. How Trump can think he speaks for Ukraine is more than insulting.
