My Computer was sick again / myLot

The power unit conked out again and the technician had to replace it ofcourse at no additonal cost. I hope it has nothing to do power fluctuation as there is an inbuilt stabilizer in the UPS. I could not be here for well over 8 hours and that for me is quite a frustrating experience. Hope the Unit lasts.

Good thing the technician replaced it at no extra cost, but I can imagine how frustrating it must’ve been to be without it for over eight hours. Hopefully the inbuilt stabilizer in your UPS does its job and it wasn’t a power fluctuation issue. The thing is, old computers often start showing their age—after a certain number of years, little problems pop up one by one until something major fails.

Your options will determine everything. For both financial and sentimental reasons, repairing your computer is the best option if you have the funds to buy a new one. Since you are aware of your device's actual state, I believe you know what's best.
