Trump wants the homeless out of Washington

It is happening in many areas here. And more are becoming homeless

Federal funding supports programs which provide resources for shelter, healthcare, and other services. However, the number of homeless people has been increasing, and those services do not seem to be effective to take care of the problem. Trump is not the first, the D.C. Mayor Bowser publicly stated a goal to make homelessness "rare" in D.C.

It does sound like you’re referring to a situation where public actions might be serving as a distraction from personal controversies. While the U.S. does have programs to support the needy, the extent and effectiveness of that help can vary widely depending on policy priorities, political climate, and individual states’ approaches. In this case, it may also be that because D.C. is the nation’s capital, there’s an extra push to “clean it up” for the sake of image. That said, it’s just as important to ensure these efforts are carried out in the most humane and respectful way possible, so that improving the city’s appearance doesn’t come at the expense of human dignity. Sometimes, high-profile gestures—especially when timed alongside scandals—can feel less about genuine aid and more about shifting the public conversation.

I think he does not want homeless to be out of Washington; he wants them to be given a decent shelter. I think he wants them out of the city proper and relocate them outside the city giving them decent shelter, bathrooms, and health coverage. It would be nice if his next project is to build permanent shelters for homeless Americans especially the veterans.

I watched a youtube video about the real story of Squid Games. I just hope Trump doesn't do what happened there here.

But to where?

I just hope that they have the budget to provide decent places for these needy ones.
