Balloons for the next party

This time's Xmas party will be for seniors Normally I strew the balloons on the floor. I will avoid that as seniors need to be careful while walking around. Balloons are the only decor for the parties I organise. I am thinking of having them hang on chairs. They will look pretty when all chairs get those balloons. The balloons will be emoji balloons. The uploaded image will give you an idea. What say?

You can visualise 20 chairs each in two rows having those balloons

That's a good idea to tie the balloons to the chairs. Much better than having them on the floor.
