15.08.2025 A busy Friday… but behold, this banana is days away from harvesting

I am almost done with slashing work. I hope to concentrate more on final seedbed preparation. I intend to transplant collards and tomatoes as soon as possible. Again, I have collected over 10 tissue bananas for planting, so I have to dig enough holes quickly and plant them before they begin to dry at the roots. I recently discovered how the demand of bananas, just like that of tomatoes and Irish potatoes is rapidly growing. I have attached a photo of my near ready banana which I inspected on my way from the farm this morning – just before I began feeding the birds.
